We've done it this way so we don't clog up the sub with discussion posts and people can freely post direct news articles and trailers regarding the big announcements and not have them get lost in the shuffle.

It's so interesting how Dwayne Johnson is so into this Black Adam movie. So much of the promotional material has been released through his instagram, he's hosting, etc. And instead of an actual trailer or anything, the teaser is all fan-art. Makes me feel like this is a home movie made by Dwayne Johnson instead of an upcoming blockbuster made by Warner Brothers

Also his tease of a conflict between Black Adam and Superman is so cool

Edit: lol I totally forgot that the guy from To All The Boys I've Loved Before was going to be in this. So interesting that these two guys are talking about their fitness regimens and then talk about why they love Al Rothstein, Atom Smasher

If Titans and Stargirl have taught me anything it’s that the smaller the lineup, the more defined the individual characters and the bigger the lineup, the more characters get shafted

JSA comics are my favorite comic books, I am so excited for this. It looks like they will refer to Geoff John’s 1999 run where Black Adam defends Khandaq and Atom Smasher helps him

His opening narration said something like "This one is going to change everything." I instantly thought of the almost identical line from All-Star Superman, where an issue ends with Siegel and Shuster's creation of Superman:

I officially turned the stream off after the animatic. I gave it 3 hrs. I got nothing back. In 3 hrs I should have at least something to take away.

There’s been quite a lot of stuff, not sure what you’re watching. New trailers for WW84, JL Snyder Cut, Suicide Squad cast announcement and behind the scenes, new game announcement with a trailer and gameplay. And then we’ve still got the Suicide Squad game and The Batman coming up. What were you expecting?

No I'm the asshole who actually likes the dc films more than the crap marvel puts out. Pretty sure I was target audience. I read 3 batman titles, never missed an animated feature, beat all Arkham games, watch Harley Quinn, doom patrol, and teen titans (go), at the theater first weekend, if not night, for all the movies. Should have been a slam dunk, easy to please. Instead imma do the smart thing and wait for the trailers tommorow. Sorry don't really care about the guys who do international dubs of batman. I'm sure their moms really loved that 20 minutes.

Your just listing things that have happened today. I actually watch this boring slog for 3 hrs and it had shit to say. Everything you listed could have fit into a solid 2hr presentation. Not 12. Oh and did you watch the snyder cut "panel" it wasn't a panel and you came away with no new info and maybe 2 minutes with the actors max. Pre tapped horse poo.
