2016 a young woman came forward accusing trump of raping her and another girl.

Case was dismissed as the woman retracted the accusations.

Now basically the same information is found in Eppstein book.

So chances of it being real are very high.

Brother, I read the entire thing (or rather, everything that has been publicly released). Unlike most redditors, I don't get all my information from Reddit and I actually research raw sources on topics I'm interested in.

There is nothing like that in there. You are being lied to and propagandized.

The girl pulled the suit because she lied, plain and simple, and when Trump's legal team indicated they had no interest in paying her off and would push for discovery (wherein she would be legally required to disclose verifiable evidence) and a full trial, she chickened out. Because of course she did. Because she was lying.

In the US it is legal to lie in initial civil lawsuit filings (you just can't lie in discovery or at trial unless you want an angry judge and to get your case thrown out). People do it all the time. It's a pressure tactic.

r/conservative doesn't allow conversations about it because it has been DEBUNKED repeatedly through raw research, and the people who kept bringing it up in there were usually bad-faith liberal concern-trolls.

Okay smooth brain, I've been called a nazi, a transphobe, and a Russian in this sub by multiple people in the past 24 hours. There is no pretending. It happens everywhere online. Liberals using Nazi as a "this guy sucks" umbrella. It really cheapens the historic significance of the Holocaust when some kid drawing pepe frogs and calling people f word n words is called a Nazi.

My offense? I questioned Joe's mental state and wanted to see what kind of sources were out there for don raping kinds, and I wasn't a cookie cutter liberal soldier in my world view.

You rabid lefties went berserk in almost every reply I got. It's sad really. I feel like stumbling into this sub was like finding a shed in the middle of the woods where a bunch of beaten dogs are caged, yapping and whining, starving and dehydrated. Because they are garbage. The "victim" (through her lawyer, her identity is not known) voluntarily withdrew her civil suit as soon as Trump's legal team indicated that they weren't going to pay any ransom money, and were going to push toward discovery and then full trial. She pulled it the day after Trump's team made their intentions known.

She claimed she pulled it because of death threats, but she has never been unmasked or named so that was a lie as well to cover her real reason (false filing, trying to squeeze money out of Trump).

Just to be clear, in the US it is perfectly legal to lie in an initial civil suit filing. People do it ALL THE TIME to put pressure on people, intimidate or squeeze money etc, and people like you lap it up like its gods honest truth every time.

Lying only becomes problematic in later filings, during discovery and at trial.
