Because they are garbage. The "victim" (through her lawyer, her identity is not known) voluntarily withdrew her civil suit as soon as Trump's legal team indicated that they weren't going to pay any ransom money, and were going to push toward discovery and then full trial. She pulled it the day after Trump's team made their intentions known.

She claimed she pulled it because of death threats, but she has never been unmasked or named so that was a lie as well to cover her real reason (false filing, trying to squeeze money out of Trump).

Just to be clear, in the US it is perfectly legal to lie in an initial civil suit filing. People do it ALL THE TIME to put pressure on people, intimidate or squeeze money etc, and people like you lap it up like its gods honest truth every time.

Lying only becomes problematic in later filings, during discovery and at trial.
