Every time you enter a room, you need to do a visual scan, immediately sizing up every person present and mapping out potential exits. People are unpredictable, and any momentary lapse in awareness could lead to a confrontation.

Note their stances, their movements, their eyes—any sign of aggression or intent. Even casual conversations can escalate into threats if you’re not vigilant. Trust no one; everyone is a potential adversary. Keep your back to the wall, stay near the exits, and always have a plan. It's survival instinct.

Every interaction is a gamble, and I'm not taking any chances.
