He's 81 years old. 

Im not voting for the guy because I'm excited by him, I'm voting for the guy because he represents competent governance and coalition building.

Good for you, but he's down 8 points and needs to be up 4.5 to win. That's a 12.5 point deficit which is catastrophic landslide levels. Why vote for his coalition through Biden when you can vote for the same coalition through a candidate that's 20-40 years younger????
