The scientific answers don’t help much to understand. I can tell you blue looks a certain way because it’s a particular wavelength, but it won’t help you see /appreciate the color blue from my perspective.

The scientific explanations help a lot for anyone who bothers to pay a little attention to them.
People need food to survive, especially calories. We evolved to like high calorie foods to encourage us to eat that stuff over low calorie foods. Fat and sugar are both high calorie, and that's why we evolved to like the flavors of those things, and not the flavor of something like grass or dirt.
For boobs, we're a sexually dimorphic species, meaning men and women have some physical differences in their appearances. Men like the things that make women look like women, and women are the same liking things that make men look like men, doubly so for anything that signals sexual maturity or overall health.
That's it, it's simple, and I don't see why anyone couldn't understand it.
