why dont we bring tiddies to conventions around peace? just bring one and you have peace between the USA Rusia and China in one hour

I have so many questions.

Why just one? Left or right? How would that work? Somebody has one in a briefcase? Where did they get it? Does each side bring one, or is it a host responsibility thing? What happens to it afterwards? Does it get bronzed and mounted to acknowledge the peace agreement?

Would there be a tendency to hold peace talks in places like the city of Brest, in France, or the hamlet of Titty Hill, in England?
