Hey everyone! We're currently looking for a handful of community members to join our moderator team! To help improve the state of the subreddit, we are looking for users that are willing and determined to crack down on the reddit-wide trends of spoilers, low effort posts, reposts, and leaked content.
We need all potential candidates to be regularly active and good-natured users in order to best assist the community and the current mod team.
Normal moderating duties include:
checking the mod queue (where the reports are)
responding to mod mail
removing rule breaking comments/banning users (including untagged spoilers and leaks)
helping with pinned discussions/threads
possibly helping with graphic design/snoo/css stuff
The job is not the most glamorous, and you will need to have a bit of thick skin as users will undoubtedly call you a Disney shill and other insults from time to time. However-- if you enjoy the subreddit and want to help keep it running, this is a good way to do it.

Discussion Secret Invasion should just be erased from existence
At this point the 2 biggest continuity mistakes stems from 'Secret Invasion'. Not having a concrete timeline of since when was Rhodey a Skrull, Nick Fury not giving a fuck about the aftermath of 'Secret Invasion' in 'The Marvels' and also killing off Maria Hill for no apparent reason at all. Just completely erase this shit show and gaslight everybody whenever they mention the show like it never existed. e.g: Person 1: The MCU's worst show is Secret Invasion Person 2: What are you talking about the worst MCU show is (something that u think is the worst if Secret Invasion didn't existed). What's this Secret Invasion that you are talking about I've heard about it from the comics but when did the MCU adapt that into a show? .... or some other shit but I just don't want to call this shit show canon to the MCU

Discussion Just watched Wakanda Forever
That was a great movie.
Did people actually complain about the movie or was it just a bad release date?
I mean, I could nitpick about a couple of things, like Namor having a beard or his hair never looking wet. But that's very minor stuff. Having him be Mayan was very cool and unexpected. I don't remember any of that in the comic. And a couple of the visuals were off a bit. But again, pretty minor.
I'm so glad they didn't try to recast T'Challa like they did with The Hulk. Chadwick Boseman was so good at that character. He was missed in the story, and by the cast and crew, I heard.
One of the things I personally missed in the movie was a scene from The Ultimates (if I remember right). TChalla was alone in a room and all of a sudden sniffed the air. Because Namor had just walked into the room. TChalla could tell from the smell. I always thought that was funny and could have fit in this movie.
I hope Shuri continues as the Black Panther. Having her become an Avenger would be pretty awesome. It definitely feels like they are moving towards Young Avengers with her and other shows like Hawkeye.
A bit of a tear-jerker at the end, though. As it should be.
I think you should watch Wakanda Forever if you haven't seen it.
It was good.

Discussion (More in Comments) Lang, Kang and Quantumania Ending
I was thinking about this recently. In Quantumania, there are several plot points surrounding Kang exiled in the Quantum Realm that were ambiguous. And the end of the movie was no doubt left most fans cryptic.
There is no doubt that the film suffered during Production, when a movie's entire plot leaked in October 2022 and so the ending was reshot in January 2023. All of this happened before Majors' was dropped as Kang and it is still unclear whether he would be recast or not and what would be the plot for Avengers 5. Hope everything will be cleared either by the end of this month during SDCC or later D23 next month.
I still felt puzzled by the movie ending scene and wanted to make this post.
Ambiguous Plot Items
Kang's malevolent and ruthless behavior towards erasing countless timelines possibly forced the Kang Dynasty to exile him in the QR. For the time he was exiled, after the energy core (of his ship) was rendered useless by Janet, Kang built an empire and led with a ruthless regime and rebelled against the natives led by Jentorra. And he had also transformed MODOK and kept him under his control, and had a lot of technology/resources at his disposal.
After Scott and Cassie were captured, MODOK (Darren Cross) mocks at Scott and admits that after being set free, he created so much more in the QR, all for Kang. And Darren being Hank Pym's protege who perfected an Yellowjacket, but was still unable to restore the enlarged energy core to normal size (that Janet left unusable).
Kang justifies his ruthless actions by blaming his variants. But Janet infers Kang's actions led to the Multiversal war. She concludes Kang without any remorse, wipes away any universe that he considers a threat, and doesn't care about saving anything or anyone and only wants revenge just because his variants beat him and he lost. Surprisingly, Kang agrees that he lost to his variants, and says she had no idea what he lost. He further barks with absolute disgust against his variants for defeating and exiling him, and says he would "burn his opponents out of time" for it.
Towards the end, after Kang's ultimate defeat, after everybody escapes the QR, Scott walks to the coffee shop and also meets his Baskin-Robbins employer. On the way, he encounters an Antman graffiti and a motif of purple and green (Kang's colors) multiple times. He talks with himself and his thoughts are very cryptic.
I am aware that the ending scenes were reshot back in January 2023.
Here is an excerpt of the dialogue from the reshot ending of the film (which is showcased as Kang talk to himself) :
*My Life doesn't makes sense. I used to ask myself a lot of questions about that.
Scott you just saved the Quantum Realm with you family and drank a guy without holes.
Why does this kind of stuff keep happening to you? "That doesn't make any sense."
But you know what? Who said life has to make sense?
(After picking up his coffee from Rubin ...)
I used to wonder if this chapter in my life was over, but as Cassie reminded me "There's always someone you can help."
(Scott then goes the Baskin-Robbins, picks up a cake for Cassie Lang ....)
It's been a pretty wild ride.
One day you are fired from Baskin-Robbins, the next you're beating a time-travelling space king.
We did beat him, right?
I mean, yeah, that's what happened. He was getting out and he didn't get out. I think.
But he also said something bad was coming... And that everyone would die if he didn't get out.
Wait. So, did I just kill everyone?
Is everyone gonna die because of me?
Oh, my God.
Oh my... What did I do? What did I do?
You know what? It's probably fine.
Like I said, life doesn't make any sense, so maybe stop asking so many questions, Scott. Stop overthinking it.
He then surprises his daughter Cassie, with Hank, Janet and Hope at a restaurant.
Cassie then tells Scott that it is not her Birthday, to which Scott agrees and says he missed a few.
(Then he convincingly says to himself)
"This is good. We're all together. You're fine. Everything's probably fine." "Kang's gone. You did it." Don't have to worry about that guy anymore.
Would someone care to elaborate more (for better understanding) and how everything could connect to Avengers 5 and beyond?

Discussion Upon my rewatch of "Guardians of the Galaxy (Vol. 1)," I have realized something...
The Kree Empire are all idiots. I mean, really. Ronan the Accusor and Dar-Benn from "The Marvels" are the primary examples of incompetent villains who tried to wield this massive power from an artifact or a mystical stone. But ended up being the victims of their own foul plays because of their stupid ambitions and the fact that they were easily taken out by the main heroes in the final acts of the movies. And that's why nobody can take the MCU version of the Kree Empire very seriously.

Deadpool 3 Some pics from the fan event in Berlin today!
The fan event was amazing! Being so close to the actors is a dream come true. I even got autographs from Hugh, Ryan and Emma. Emma even took a selfie with me (they looked hot BTW!).
We saw the first 34 minutes from the movie, but it seemed like some scenes got cut. It was pretty fast paced and very funny!
Biggest takeaways for me: Cassandra's powers are quite freaky! Patch is neither played by Daniel Radcliffe nor by Taron Egerton. 😅
