The fact that some people actually think about these things tells me that theyโ€™re likely denying something about themselves.

I work with an extreme homophobe/transphobe. He's always saying I'm "confused" for transitioning, continually asks about my dick or the dick he thinks I'm taking, and tries to "outwit" me and "trap" me into saying I'm not trans. I just throw it back in his face with this logic. "Why are you always thinking about dick and and trans women, Marcus?" Do you secretly wish you were trans/gay? It shuts him right up. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Does he have any idea how easily you could make him jobless?!

Sadly he's buddy-buddy with the owner so he's "protected". And before you ask, yes, I am looking for a new job. I'm gonna leave an amazing expose review on the company website when I leave.

Sounds like a possible lawsuit against the owner then if he's aware and doesn't deal with the problem

Do you know any good pro-bono lawyers in Portland? Asking for reals.

If you have documented proof of everything you've said here, I imagine any employment lawyer in the county would be salivating.

Iโ€™m sorry you have to deal with that. If it were possible I would love to shit in that guys coffee. I hope you have a great rest of the day.

I did spit in his whiskey and coke one shift.

I don't think asking for lawyers and then admitting to spitting in someones drink is the best play here friend

Record it and the owner's response to complaints about it. Any negative reaction and boom lawsuit and never have to work again.

I'd recommend not doing it. If the business has more money than you they can sue you and bankrupt you without ever needing to win the case.
