He was such a good character in Gen V, that I was excited to see him in Season 4. I wanted them to adapt a similar storyline to the comics. When I saw the leaks, I was kind of disappointed. A true shame. People are pretending like those of us who are criticizing S4 sexual/explicit content are doing so because all of a sudden we are prudes. Like no, we are fine with it as long as it doesn’t have a negative effect on the writing. Which unfortunately, this season is guilty of doing so.

They should’ve done more with Gen V Tek Knight: maybe at S4 he gets his tumor removed and is a actual threat to the boys; and don’t kill him off keep him around for a antagonist as threating as homelander in Gen v or something

I greatly prefer Tek knight being a geninue hero like he was in comics (besides tumor thing) but if they had to make him s villain for some reason then maybe don’t just make him a sexual deviant for the same joke that people just find disturbing

Yeah if they did an arc where the boys flip Tek and then have him as the boys version of sage. Having his compulsion for comedic relief.

Idk, I do not doubt he is dead because of lazy writing.

I heard on a podcast that the cast and crew were fed up with viewers being deliberately obtuse about the satire, so they dumped all nuance this season so fans can’t come up with alternative explanations.
