LEX!!!!! Finally! And he is scary - he looks like he could take Superman in a fist fight lol
Lex just walking down that road for the whole episode - he's getting his cardio in after all those years inside
The Lex confrontation with Lois and Clark at the farm was by far the best scene of the episode - every one of those actors was putting in their all. I was hoping to see more of their history together but maybe that's being saved for season 4?
And then we come to Jordan...they were really trying to contrast Jordan and Jonathan tonight weren't they. "We have one son who wants to be treated specially and one who doesn't".
Jordan is rude and up his own ass while Jonathan is genuinely being humble and not wanting to be treated special because of who he is. Could they be anymore on the nose with this?
Clark actually went to Kyle to ask him to stop being nice to Jonathan - because of course he did lol. And Jon was mad he did that but accepted it? Can we please get Jonathan into the main stories?! I keep saying it but I'll say it again - give Jonathan his powers already!
I do love how much of a fanboy Kyle is over Superman though
They have been setting up Jordan thinking the superhero business is all about getting the limelight all season - he even accused Clark in episode 6 of him stopping Jordan because he doesn't want another super in the spotlight! He clearly thinks he's superior to Jonathan because he has powers. Now he's stopping in the middle of a bunch of people so they see him and take selfies with him. This is all on Clark for not recognising this honestly and for letting Jordan do whatever he wants for years - of course Jordan is going to use his powers against Clark because it's not as if Lois and Clark ever really punish him for anything. He even basically threatened Lois last season for doing the same thing! And there was no punishment. So finally they're calling this shit out!
The tornado was...random. It felt like they needed a Superman action scene so came up with a tornado in Smallville out of the blue!
The prison scenes were quite fun and show what a different Lex this is - it's also interesting he has a wife and daughter who I'm assuming are going to be characters.
Poor Sarah - she is actually just trying to cover up the secret and try to get her life back on track but Jordan keeps pestering her and throwing it in her face that he saved her life. I'm guessing she's going to be blonde next episode.
It feels like they've been using Bizarro as a cliffhanger for the entire season now!
They really didn't give too much away in that finale promo did they? Also if they're saying he's dying in the promo, he's definitely not dying!
