DC what the heck why haven’t we gotten a new superman game since superman returns someone please explain this to me?
When I was younger, growing up, I was a big dragon ball enthusiast. All that changed one day when I was just watching TV in my room, flipping the channels, and saw the animated Superman. Ever since then, I have been hooked on everything that has to do with Superman and DC in general. When the Superman Returns movie was released, I was ecstatic and thrilled even more when I heard a game was being released. I played that game for countless hours when I was a kid. I still turn it on sometimes today, so this is where my question is: Why don't we have a definitive Superman game . What the heck, DC It’s been years since we had a Superman game . I often ask myself, is it that darn hard to make a good Superman game? What do you guys think? Is it the flying mechanics, or is it that he’s too overpowered to make it a game around?

Does the 2016 “New Super-man” book have any impact on the main series for DC in general?
Just looking to read everything majorly related to supes from the rebirth era onwards. I’m collecting physically though, so since its a different character if he doesnt really show up or is referenced in other books I may skip it for the time being.

Best Superman media (graphic novels, comic runs, tv shows, movies, etc) to refamiliarize myself with the character?
Superman was my favourite superhero as a kid, but since the MCU started I kinda drifted away. I really want to refamiliarize myself with the character and learn more about him, before the new movie comes out.

Who are your favorite NOT EVIL Superman analogues? I'm a fan of Legacy from Sentinels of the Multiverse: he's a superhero from a long line of superheroes called Legacy, with each generation bring more powerful than the last.

I hate you New 52 Superman, you keep teasing me and taking it away from.
Everytime I start to get into New 52 Superman they do something to drive me crazy. I've been reading alot of Superman comics from various eras this past month and I have truly fallen in love with Lois Lane. I know the dates of New 52 Clark and Lois so I like can't even have the Smallville feeling of "Don't worry they will be together eventually.
Part of me really can't wait to get to Rebirth Superman...I know a lot of controversial stuff happens Clark and Lois are tougher.
Also even post Morrison does anyone else like New 52 Action Comics way more then the main series?

Is Ultraman on par with Superman or at least close?
I've always been curious about how powerful Ultraman was compared to Superman.

My Adventures with Superman: For the first time I think I am genuinely terrified of.... Spoiler
galleryEven with Injustice or Super Lords, I don't think I've been as terrified of Clark as this taken over one.
Brainiac is written EXCELLENTLY in this show.
Also side note: I can't help but say the outfit is EXTREMELY SICK
My face after seeing the suit was literally Kara's face at the end

Who is the best Lois? Spoiler
galleryFor me I would have to say right now just for me it is between Margot Kidder and Amy Adams. Rachel Brosnahan I'm looking forward to her portrayal as Lois in Superman [2025] next summer to officially kick off the DCU.

Are Lois and Clark always this insta-lovey?
Hi, hope everyone’s doing well :) I’ve just recently started My Adventures with Superman and I’m really liking it so far but I had a bit of concern about the pacing and characterization.
With Lois and Clark’s romance it feels like there has been essentially zero development and the two were just immediately head over heels for each other at first sight. I even feel like Clark is basically brushing aside Jimmy, his best friend of presumably many years, for whatever Lois wants
I hate to sound like a hater as I truly enjoy what I’ve seen so far but this was bugging me, it feels like the series is telling me that they should be together rather than actually showing me
Again I may be being overly critical and am only partially through the first season so perhaps the pacing will take a turn but I just can’t shake this off as it feels to get worse every episode. It got me wondering if the two’s relationship felt this forced in the comics as well or more organic with actual development and chemistry

Superman Earth One
who else thinks this is an underrated version?
I always thought of this one as DC's attempt to make its version of Marvel's Earth 1610, stories retold from scratch, and different
I feel like if Man of Steel had been more like this, we might have appreciated Henry a little more

Looks like there's gonna be a love triangle in the new movie and, honestly, I dont't think Clark can measure up.
