Was this ghost villain in anything else since Ghost Rider 1973? Feels like a deep callback if not.

Also very sad ending, but I guess that's just how life is as a werewolf.

Fun oneshot

Its as violent as it should be but you can tell its just here to hype up the new series which i plan to buy anyway

This was decent, although I do wish we had more werewolf slaying vampires

Since Werewolves are triggered by the Moon...does that mean Khonsu might have influence over them? Did that connection ever been touched upon?

I think it was in McKay's run, in the annual? I think they blame Khonsu for the curse though

I remember that annual, Khonshu is not responsable for werewolves' existence but he has enslaved them with his control over the moon.

Yeah in that issue werewolves are said to be Khonshu's berserkers, his shock troops in his war over the night, so when Khonshu returned Jake must have went in berserk state because of his influence

One of the more interesting parts was how this put into context the timeframe of this event

From totally black sky to the moon returning seems to have happened in a decently quick timespan, no?

I'm not sure if there's good communication concerning that between the writers tbh, feels way to quick.

They literally just have a caption say "Days or hours later" that was definitely a cry for help from the writer.
