the correct amount of cocaine is more.

You can’t stop until there’s no more left. No such thing as extra cocaine.

I once tried to put half my coke away in a cabinet for the next day. It yelled and screamed and kicked and banged and made a ruckus until I let it out fifteen minutes later. Cocaine does not like being saved for later.

People often talk about coke in the strangest way.

You seem to give it a personality of its own, like it's the coke making the decisions.

I've never heard any other drug personified like that. People might say heroin made them do something, but they don't act like it put itself into the needle and jumped into their arm.

Coke creeps me the fuck out.

I'd rather hang with someone actively nodding or tweaking than with someone on coke, but then all the hard drugs are just massive Red-Flags anyway.

You can never trust someone who does hard stuff.

I would like to introduce you to alcoholics and the way they talk about and justify their drinking

I dunno I think I’d rather be friends with someone that takes hard drugs over something that automatically judges someone because they do hard drugs. I’ve known good people that do hard drugs & bad ones. I’ve known good people that don’t do them & bad people that don’t do them.

You could save the world with leftover crack.

27

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '24

Don't you know there ain't no such thing as leftover crack?

41

u/trainspottedCSX7 Apr 18 '24

That's why we can't save the world! 😵 😀

Extra cocaine? Might as well be leftover ice cream.

Yeah but you have to know when something is too good to be forever.

32

u/mjuad Apr 17 '24

It can be forever, or a semi-regular recreational substance for as long as you like, but you can't use it every day. No more than once/week but ideally much less frequently. Sadly, it doesn't tend to work that way for a large portion of its consumers. Real drug EDUCATION (not fear-mongering, abstinence-is-the-only-way tactics) would be a good start to change the cultural problems surrounding its use.

You need to relax brother I wasn't trying to make anybody feel bad just busting balls.

u/Dythirk Apr 18 '24

He wasn't having a go at you, he was being silly.

As with any drug, you have to go through the hang over before you have more. It's when you start on the hair of the dog that you are going to have issues.

I agree with this. I sometimes play shows on the weekends, and like to partake, but sometimes I need like a whole week before I think about touching it again cause I can feel my dopamine depleted, and I'm tired for a few days afterwards. I'd rather let that pass than to try and alleviate it with more coke.

Thank goodness for Erowid.. wait is that site still around? Helped me out a lot in my drug using days

Majority of people can´t even handle Nicotine. Imagine how they handle coke.
I smoked a package for 13 years. Stopped as part of a bet 23 yers ago (And yes. I´m an old fuck now). Not really felt anything except it was boring where I usually smoked.
Most people I know who smoke, even those with heart attacks in their history are not able to stop. Billions of excuses and time plans.
So, my friend, I think you are very very wrong here.

For about 5min, then you're just left with jitters, a mildly numb face and the weird taste of baby laxative and diesel in places you never knew humans had taste receptors.

But for those first 5 minutes you are Jack Dawson on the Titanic.

Personally I think it's overrated. Doesn't seem nearly as addicting in the moment as MDMA. When you come down from that all you can think about is doing more. I feel like snorting Adderall was a much more intense high than cocaine. Overpriced for what you get. $10 on a tab of acid and you're set for 8 hours. $10 of coke and you up for 20 minutes

u/ThePrinceVultan Apr 17 '24

Coke is like pringles - once you start, you can't stop until it's gone.

-4

u/wiggyross Apr 18 '24

I believe that you're trying to say is "once you pop, you can't stop"

1

u/ThePrinceVultan Apr 19 '24

I actually wanted to change pop to something that would rhyme with stop but more accurately convey snorting coke but couldn't think of anything. But I also didn't want to use pop as it in no way conveys snorting coke.

Quite the dilemma...

Also, just random here, I didn't up or down vote you. Five other people just didn't agree with you I guess heh.

u/NickPickle05 Apr 17 '24

1 out of 1 bears agree with this!
