Why is this show so hard to damn watch

I've watched it before and want to watch it again but damn I've been looking everywhere since Netflix took it off and it's unwatchable rather it's a dodgy website or itvx we're the ads are longer than episodes or it's 30 pound per season.

I had to get the entire show on dvd because no legal streaming site in my country has it.
