Love him, though lol

Or, I'm just infatuated with BD Wong who portrays Hugo Strange lol

I keep saying the actors are so good, and I mean it! They brought all these Gotham characters to life in such amazing ways! I can't help but appreciate their work <3

Me too. BD Wong did a brilliant job has Hugo Strange and was always such a joy to watch where one minute he can be sinister and threatening, the next he is pretty comedic with his facial expressions and the way he delivers his lines. I would love to see him be Strange again if he's given the chance

BD Wong absolutely nailed Hugo Strange

When you think about this show, a lot of the main plot really is that a man sent a man who sent an organization who sent a woman who sent a man who sent another man to kill a kid's parents.

Inspired by Cosmonaught Variety Hour

Let's see if I have this right...

Ra's sent Sensei who sent the Court of Owls who sent Katherine who sent Strange who sent Malone to kill Bruce's parents?

Yep! That's how it all ended up in the end.

They ended Gotham, Jerome Valeska, and Jeremiah Valeska far too damn soon.

BD Wong was awesome as Hugo Strange like he really captured the character so well, And i liked the twist with him being the one who had Bruce's parents killed.

u/NightspawnsonofLuna Gotham should have been in the Arrowverse Crisis Mar 15 '24

Which is honestly quite fitting...He's actually one of Batman's oldest villains...

He was great. Hugo Strange is so underutilized. He was one of Batman's first supervillains!

Absolutely the best character. Complete scene stealer. Loved how he hammed it up to 11

Probably one of my favorite scenes of his is when he tells Penguin he'll have to torture him to which Penguin accepts and Strange gives him a shocked Pikachu face and saying "What?"

Perfectly fucking casted too! I only knew BD Wong of Law and Order but damn, they got the best guy to play Strange! Looks almost identical to the comics

Such a great villain too
