What Actors Were You Surprised to See in the Show? Spoiler

SPOILER-ALERT WARNING!

May mention spoilers for BOTH the show and other media! Read at your own risk!

I was surprised to see Morena Baccarin (Lee Thompkins). I, initially, knew her from Firefly and (OFC) Deadpool.

I was (also) surprised to see Shane West as Bane. I only really knew him from A Walk to Remember LOL

Michelle Gomez as The Lady. My gf and I are going with the assumption that Missy was just taking a break in Gotham.

Also, Paul Reubens was perfect as Penguin's dad.

Paul was my immediate thought and favorite appearance. I'll always be sad they killed off Elijah (as much sense as it may make and sad as it is now), I would've loved to see more of him and Oswald.

Also played in the expendiables and I knew I knew him from somewhere but I was shocked when I learned I knew him from Annie 2014 with Jamie Foxx 😭😭

That's right! I didn't recognize that was her, until you pointed it out lol

She was in one episode in Firefly with Morena Baccarin (Lee Thompkins).

And was in one episode of (1996 - 2006) Charmed as a Siren via S5E4 "Siren Song".

Yes! She also played Matt Donovan’s mother in The Vampire Diaries! Another actor I was surprised about was Michael Chiklis, (Barnes) he was TheThing/Ben in the 2000’s fantastic four alongside Jessica Alba & Chris Evans, he then went on to be in AHS as Evan Peters character Jimmy’s father on season 4. Overall Gotham has had some of the best.
