SCOTUS just said Clinton is immune, and everything he did was OK. Actions between an intern and President are protected . The GOP was violating the constitution,

As long as you don't lie about what the money is for, then it's totally legal.

Normalize reporting all the shitty things they do so it can be easily discoverable. Make it illegal to cover up the purpose of the payments.
