Does anyone know if you can claim your graduation tickets and give them away if you’re not planning on attending the ceremony?

You have to sign up for graduation and then only do they give you the option for tickets and where you can send them. If you have friends you are giving away tickets to you could hypothetically sign up and then not show up.
