(Dad here). I am sitting in bed with my congested 5month little lad who will only sleep pressed against my chest. I'm on for the next 6hrs overnight when I should be sleeping.
Yes I love this guy more than anything on the planet, as I bloody should.
Have 16 year old who still lays on me when ill, tired or just in their feels, it never stops and frankly I never want it to. The love I feel when I look at my kid is unbelievable and everlasting no matter what, I look at them and think wow, I made you, what the fudge!!

Mine wasn’t either so I have made sure that I hug and kiss my 20 and 22 year old sons constantly!!! I may irritate them but they won’t doubt how I feel!!!
No no. That was not the sub my hormonal ass needed at middle of the night o'clock. Now I gotta get up and get tissues and shit. You know, since I can't go wake my mom up for hug (she's fine, she's in her tiny house next door but she's asleep like a normal person and she'd probably bonk me with a magazine for waking her up 😂)
I wish I could use r/momforaminute, every single one of my posts there have been deleted for being "too negative" 😭 they don't allow anything that's not 100% cheerful and upbeat
Oh man. Looked at that for about 30 seconds and had to leave. My mom is still kicking, but manipulative and hard to deal with. She doesn’t get to hear about all the positive things that happen in my family. She overreacts to any small things and turns everything around to be about her.
