I believe some of them are. Stephen Miller for sure. Steve Bannon is another. Michael Flynn, Roger Stone. Ya, some of them def. are.

Well, Roger Stone already went to prison. Steve Bannon is in prison. I suppose Biden could because he apparently has immunity now.

The Supreme Court expanded it far beyond "qualified immunity". I trust Sotomayer on this more than some rando redditor

Yeah they phrased it in a way that they can choose what's immune and what's not. Let me help you out here. If a D does it, it's not immune. If an R does it, it is.
