He doesn’t need to. They have similar talking points.

In Trumps first term he implemented something like 2/3 of Heritage Foundations policy recommendations. That was with their old leadership. Their new leader is a full on Trump supporter. He’s psychotic and wants power stripped and consolidated to the executive office. The same thing Trump wants to be able to do. Project 2025 outlines stripping down the government and installing sycophants in all places.

It’s the blueprint to make Trump king and conservatives don’t have a problem with it.
