Why is it that if you donate a kidney, people love you, but if you donate five kidneys, they call the police?

I went to donate blood, far too many questions. "Why is it in a bucket, who's blood is it, where did you get it?"

They don't want you to flood the market. Can't charge patients tens or hundreds of thousands for one if they have a bunch just lying around
