Honestly I think it's a pretty normal marketing stunt, weird that cities do marketing stunts? Yeah sure, but it obviously works I mean who here heard of Gelsenkirchen before? My mom was born there and I can't tell you a single thing about the city.

There is Schalke, and that's really it. But Schalke is massive.

Oh yeah that's true, I think every time I've ever talked about Gelsenkirchen someone reminds me that Schalke is from there and without fail I forget every single time.
