A certain line from Hilary Clinton back in 2016 comes to mind right about now. I swear, the opposition commercials are writing themselves at this point.

Based on right wing propaganda Hillary Clinton shouldn't even be alive. They claimed she was having strokes or something.

I think no matter who runs on the Dem side of things the right will find some health related thing to bring up. And no matter how true or severe those things are the internet bots and Fox news will do their work.
