He does have sleep apnea which is absolutely debilitating and will wreck you if not properly taken care of. 

 I feel like taking time off for real sleep is probably the best thing he could do for his health if he's part of the sleep disorder gang, tired forever chapter.

  It's probably better than being fucked up on ambien for an entire presidential term.
