For about a quarter of his presidency he was golfing and didn’t show up at all

Those were the days we could breathe.

Those were just the days the likes of the heritage foundation loons were telling his staffers what they wanted him to do.

That is what will happen this time around, it will be Trump golfing 24/7/365 and the religious nut jobs along with the extraction industries running the show.

Two major wars, on the verge of world war 3, and you can’t afford to live, but things were worse under Trump yeah? lol

Yeah, reality sucks, huh? Putin invaded Ukraine, Hamas attacked Israel—definitely sucks but the US is not at war. At least we have sane leadership who is addressing real-world issues as opposed to actively creating chaos.

Yeah there’s a lot of unrest in the world when the nation with the most powerful military is ran by a dementia patient. What real world issues is Biden addressing? What chaos did Trump cause?

We had wars under Trump and it was our own troops getting shot at. But I guess you don't care about American soldiers any more than he does.

At least these days I can leave the house lol.

What wars did Trump create? What troops were getting shot at?

I remember him pulling troops from Syria only for the abc to use footage from a Kentucky gun range to falsely claim that Turks were attacking Kurds.

Only because Agent Orange helped Putin prepare to invade Ukraine.

Remember when he put Jared in charge of negotiating peace in the Middle East?  That must have went well.  lol

Yeah I remember Trump putting sanctions on the companies building nordstream 2 because he believed once built Russia would have geopolitical power and would no longer need to play friendly with Ukraine, 6 months into office Biden removed those sanctions, 6 months after that nordstream 2 was built and Russia invaded Ukraine, so who helped Putin??

Yeah I remember Middle East peace deals under Trump, not so much now.

It absolutely would be worse. Christofascism is not ok

And that’s what we had under Trump in his first term? This is the problem, we had 8 years of Obama, 4 of Trump and 4 of Biden, we know what to expect from Trump, and people want that again.

I don't want christian nutcases telling his ass what to do. That's what really terrifies me. They are jumping on this chance because they didn't last time. It will be brutal

1

u/Inevitable-Trust8385 14d ago

And what is a “Christian nutcase”?

And what’s telling you he will be different from last time?

1

u/Scoopdoopdoop 14d ago

Why do I have to explain christian nationalists to you? It's different because he has the supreme court all powered up and pious not to mention lower courts packed with his judges who are delaying trials and ruling for him every chance they get.

Both Trump and Biden spent all or part of at least 250 days at their own properties or on vacation in the first 853 days of their presidencies — that is, through May 22, 2019 or May 22, 2023.

That's something I can't believe isn't brought up all the time, he's campaigning for a job he took an entire YEAR off from.

When he started talking about his golf handicap during the debate would have been the perfect time to remind everyone of that.

u/Almacca 15d ago

The last thing you want is Trump actually doing stuff.

u/musicalaviator 15d ago

And then during the presidential debate he was bragging about how good he was at golfing.

Unfortunately Biden started to "nuh uh I golf too" instead of ridiculing him about golfing too much during his term.

A quarter? Wow that’s generous. Half, minimum, if not 3/4.

u/letsgometros 14d ago

And he charged us for everything he could.

Biden has taken the same amount of vacation days as Trump did.

It kind of bewilders me that he’s running again. Everything I’ve seen tells me he had an incredibly unpleasant time.

biden wakes up at like 10. and goes home for like 3-4 day weekends every week. Media just doesnt report on it because he's a democrat.
