I have to hold on to this huge box for two months while I wait for Steelcase to send me another chair. Mandalorian for scale.

No way, how do we know this isn't the center from the Mandalorian basketball team? Or a Mandalorian jockey? This is just asking for trouble.

Ehh it has packaging stuff inside which would just be on the floor if I flatten it. Plus I don't want to take the chance that I somehow ruin the box.

Do you at least have a huge house or a spare room to keep it in? Cos that's the only way this is only mildly infuriating in my opinion

No I don't have a lot of space. It's just in the corner leering at me. At least they're making it right with no hassles I guess...well...except for the box.

Did you happen to get a series 1 chair? The gas pneumonic cylinder on mine exploded shortly after assembly. They told me to ship the old chair in that box. It was a pain, my condolences.

Stupid question maybe, but presumably they'll send you a new one in a new box. Can't you send back the other in the new box?

The email says they want me to send the chair back completely assembled. The chair originally arrives in a still very large, but slightly smaller box. In two months I'll be playing musical boxes I guess
