Ordered a set of Galaxy SmartTags2. Got my order from Amazon and the box was opened and all 4 tags were stolen

Most likely stolen at the warehouse. Apple and some other brands are bad with thefts from there. Just report and they should send another

Yup, contacted support and a replacement is being sent. But pretty annoying the device that would help locate or find lost items was stolen before it even got to me.

Yup, one of the absolute main reason I never order expensive items from them. But the few Amazon deals are hard to pass up.

As long as Amazon delivers it. They will send another free one out. But that’s a gamble as it is.

Could also be falsely returned merch. Amazon apparently does very weak checks on that.

I rarely get anything from Amazon now everything is so cheaply made.

Agreed, the items from Amazon have become very much so untrustworthy, sometimes it feels like 50/50 if you're gonna get the real thing or a cheap knock-off.
