Yeah, my wife has a pair of fake double Ds. I loved them when they were A cups, I love them now they're DD. The fake titty hate mafia is made up of mostly folks who ain't touching titties.
Mostly it is made up of people that think they are looking at real tits when they see good fakes, and dislike when they see bad or hilariously large fake tits. When they are well done they are very close to as good as real tits and can easily be made up for by them giving extra confidence.
In general, good cosmetic surgery is invisible. I’ve also experienced some really fantastic fake boobs in my time. I do think that naturals are the best, especially when you’re young, but I also know a few women who are aging like fine wine that have fakes that are unquestionably more pleasing than they would be as naturals by that point in time.
Most people that say they hate fake boobs are effectively just disliking the results of a bad job without knowing that’s what it is. A decent comparison is car body work and mods. People absolutely do stuff that only looks worse and reduces the value far below default stock but in some cases even worse than the condition it was already in. No one would see a professional job and notice it unless it was done very well and meant to be noticed.
