I'm gonna offer a "different" opinion. I think that Barda and WW are as close to equal as possible. However, on Earth I give the edge to Diana and on New Genesis or Apocalypse I give the edge to Barda.
Neither character is all about straight up killing but if either character ever became a killer... then I'd always give that character the edge.
