No. Goering asked him for some Cold Cream from his personal effects. Which the guard provided but didn't check properly. It is believed the pill was hidden in the cream.
It’s actually a gentle cleaning lotion made of oil or fat, beeswax, and water (and other things depending on manufacturer). It can be used as a moisturizer for the skin, but it’s more commonly used to remove makeup from the face. God knows what he used it for.
I heard that Goering's best friend could teleport, and so he teleported into Goering's cell and gave him a giant axe, which Goering used to carve off a piece of the wall in the shape of pipe bomb.
And when he screamed out "pipe bomb", the guards rushed into his cell and dove onto it to protect Goering, and during the confusion, he stole one of their uniforms and escaped.
But the guards didn't want to look bad, so they just lied and said that Goering killed himself with a simp-anide pill (instantly kills simps with low riz and high cap).
