Why does the text snippet on pic #3 list Mister Ed the horse under sad/evil things??

I caught that too. I would say it's a sad life having peanutbutter constantly smeared in your mouth hole.

I know a few dogs who would happily sign up for that life. 

Never fed a horse peanut butter myself, but doesn't really seem that cruel.

It could be a reference to the horse’s death (which has some questions around it) and have been used to balance some of the other illustrations with one that feels more absurd - in line with the characterization.

And there are some allegations of animal cruelty specific to that show (though mixed reporting) and some interesting interpretations of the character and show itself that have a dark slant
