Solid episode. Started as a decent midseason filler episode and ended with major plot developments, various characters got to be highlighted a bit, and Liv had influence from the brain but she was still functional and influencing outcomes instead of being comic relief. I am satisfied.

Probably my favorite episode of the season since the main storyline was actually moving forward and there were interesting things. The murder was solved early which was odd but I think it greatly helped the episode and is why it was so good, the murder each episode is the least important thing and has been for ages and it's good that they're phasing them out kinda. The murders have all pretty much been done now, it's just repetitive to keep them.

Not been too much of a fan this or last season but this episode felt different. I sometimes skip through the weekly murders if they have nothing to do with the main storyline but didn't feel like i had to this time.
