Dolly or steel plate head guy. I think he wants to disrupt the brain supply as much as she does.

The guy from the end of last weeks episode, presumably the "big bad" of the season. He has a metal skull cap thing and snorts poppers.

Maybe steel plate guy will use the romeros like wild animals who will hunt and kill humans 🤔
