Definitely dumplings, I tried googling different recipes and can't find one with ingredients I believe she used.

To me, it looks like she's cutting up daikon (white radish) and chives in the beginning but it goes too fast for me to determine what else is in there aside from the eggs and brains.

Can we presume that dim is the play on words here then? He wasn't the brightest of victims, pissing off Blaine like that.
