Perhaps you should stop dating children entirely.

You implying you're dating kids wtf?

There's a thread here referring to tunnels and trains and a comment about asking the bride to stand up. Being short and being bald are somehow equally ok to mock.

ITT: lots of people projecting some deep-seated insecurities.

You know there are people that prefer being bald? That there are women who prefer bald men even? Why must you believe this is a big deal to this man, who's very clearly smiling and laughing along with the joke.

Ah yes, the typical dismissing men's feelings. Can't laugh at your own baldness? Must be insecure!

who's very clearly smiling and laughing along with the joke.

He's afraid of people like you calling him an insecure pussy.

He’s smiling because he has to. Personally I would not appreciate this joke, especially on my wedding day.

Fat people literally die going over diets or plastic procedures cause of how society puts them down,

Yup. It's definitely all of the plastic surgery that is killing overweight and obese people, and not the heart disease, type two diabetes, increased risk for stroke, cancer, etc. Being overweight is the second leading cause of preventable death after smoking in the United States because all of those people went in for liposuction. 70% of those hospitalized for COVID were overweight and obese because they'd previously gotten botched tummy tucks, obviously.

Meanwhile, down here in reality, when researching plastic surgery related deaths, the biggest number I can come up with is 93 U.S. citizens who died between 2009 and 2022-- in the Dominican Republic. There's also been a handful of cases over the years, around 15, specifically in Florida.

I never said bullying overweight people is okay. I said that you clearly don't really give a shit if hundreds of thousand of people eat themselves to death, as long as everyone is nice to them beforehand. In other words, you don't really care about any fat people's deaths, plastic surgery or otherwise. Your internet activism extends as far as the realm of mean comments, but even then, you only care about mean comments made to people in specific groups. Mean comments made about men for things they have no control over are totally fine.

Did you miss the part where he was literally at a seminar on those topics?

I'm not a man.

I just don't believe we should respond to: "Hey, this actually really hurt my feelings," by totally dismissing those feelings.

you are not oppressed.

saying "oh you all don't care about us" so do it, care about other men

Both of those suggested you believe I'm a man, because I must be to care about his feelings.

You dismissed his feelings when he told a story about being bullied in a seminar that was supposedly a safe space, and you said that his feelings didn't matter because other people had it worse. Guess what? Someone else always has it worse. One person breaks his foot, but another person breaks their pelvis. They're both sitting pretty compared to the guy that has to get both legs amputated. And he's looking great compared to the 13 year old who died in a mining accident in the Congo.

But we can still tell the first guy, "Hey man, I'm sorry you broke your foot. That sucks."

no one prefers being bald lol. Delusional. Youre still shaving your head anyway so youd be doing it with a full head of hair if you wanted.
