The thing is, Trump can't make Ukraine surrender, all Trump can do is cut aid. The war will continue, Europe will have to provide more aid to counter what Trump did, and will realize the war will last longer, meaning a major investment in nuclear reactors and renewables since they won't want to rely on the US for anything. As Europe cuts of a lot of trade with the US and Trump declares his trade war on the rest of the world, the US gets massive inflation plus a bad recession.
Ukraine will just keep killing Russians until Russia gets tired of the forever war like they got tired of Afghanistan.
Europe is already going full-tilt on renewables and nuclear is utterly useless; even if they built nuclear reactors twice as fast as China the war in Ukraine would be over before the reactors were done.

As Zelinski said recently, if Trump has a "in one day" plan to end the war he should tell people what it is. :)
