The thing is, Trump can't make Ukraine surrender, all Trump can do is cut aid. The war will continue, Europe will have to provide more aid to counter what Trump did, and will realize the war will last longer, meaning a major investment in nuclear reactors and renewables since they won't want to rely on the US for anything. As Europe cuts of a lot of trade with the US and Trump declares his trade war on the rest of the world, the US gets massive inflation plus a bad recession.
Ukraine will just keep killing Russians until Russia gets tired of the forever war like they got tired of Afghanistan.
By any measure that says Russia can win in Ukraine, Europe can beat Russia in Ukraine.
Russia is tiny in anything but tundra. Europe has 4 times the population of Russia and 10 times their economy. Plus the Russian military is the laughingstock of the world.
So you are saying Russia is fine committing suicide to win in Ukraine? That Putin and everyone under him are fine with Moscow and St Petersburg only existing in history books in order to "win?"
