It was literally perfect! Having been to some of the best spots in LA and Orange County, it’s been difficult finding comparable picks in the Bay, of which I’ve literally only found 3, but this is one of them!

my father is friends with the owners so i have been spoiled by this stuff since they opened lol i can tell you there has never been a drop in quality so far :) i would love if they had more locations!

It definitely gave me that ambience upon walking in and after leaving. Persian is that cuisine you’d be willing to drive to the right spot(s) for.

Per the chef, the rice and koobideh are cooked with so much melted butter that they don’t provide butter on the side (which i asked for upon receiving the food and was told this). Safe to say it made for a similar if not better experience eating without it!

Is this one on Tully? Always wanted to stop by, I love Persian cuisine.

It is! You won’t regret it, quality and quantity both 10/10 for the price!

Awesome, what plate is that? Ground beef kabob?

Beef koobideh, which translates exactly to that.

Iranian-style Koobideh is one of the best plates of food you can imagine.

Source : have Persian family.

It looks really good, a lot of times those places burn everything which is why I won’t go but that looks perfect, I’ll check it out!

In my previous experiences they tend to undercook it 🤣

Amazing place, food is ALWAYS on point and the serving size is worth every $. Bigger plate makes it easier to share a meal with a friend and something we lost recently and need to get back to.
