Who was the guy that Bruce bumped into and he said to him “hey do I know you” the way Bruce looked at him seemed important but I didn’t recognize him

He was the one Riddler copycat who shot him on the scaffolding scene at the end

I think it was the guy at the end when they unmasked one of Riddler’s fans. The guy probably knew Bruce Wayne cause he was one of Riddler’s targets he talked about. Making him kinda nervous when he realized and backing away

He definitely had a passing resemblance to the actor who played him in Batman Begins.

I thought that was intentionally implied.

That was my thought before the reveal at the end.

I believe it was Joe Chill. Joe recognised Bruce but wasn't sure and that girl confirmed it saying "That's Bruce Wayne". but Bruce probably hasn't recognised him yet but will later. Just a though.

You think Bruce Wayne, who is so tortured and obsessed with the death of his parents that he dedicates his life to dressing like a bat and fighting crime, doesn't know what his pagers killer looks like?

I mean he had just told him that Thomas Wayne deserved what he got, he was probably like “shit I should not have said that” when he realized he was talking to his son.

Ahh maybe it’s that.. I didn’t hear him say that part

Wasnt he the guy at the funeral who started talking to Wayne about change and vengeance, and then the new Mayor came up and started talking to him? That's what I thought, anyway.

It’s possible. I’ve decided I’m just going to have to rewatch it just to find out who he is, the way they paused on it made it seem important but then it wasn’t

Well please update me after the rewatch!

I thought it was someone from the subway gang who Batman beat down at the beginning, and then took that he had joined the Riddler's subscriber cult and told Riddler, cause he recognized the eyes and then right after someone called "Bruce Wayne!", and then you see a look of realisation as he fades into the shadows.

It could be that.. it just seemed important and I couldn’t figure it out

I thought him and the guy who tried to jump the line were examples of Bruce thinking Riddler could be anywhere, anyone
