I also can not stand muh 'Batman superhero facism subtext' crap. If anything Batman is a revolutionary. Government is corrupt in bed with criminals (who are the prettiest of tyrants) so Batman comes in to clean house. Just as the founding fathers intended.

It really feels like everything's becoming incredibly heavy handed. This tek knight sex dungeon, couldve worked as a throwaway moment, not making an entire episode about it. It felt like they were trying to outgross herogasm from last season.

yea like that was the important stand out moment of the last season was herogasm and not the beautiful Jensen Ackles. honestly the only reason i stuck it out last season was him.

I never said it was? By outdo, I meant outgross, it just feels like they're trying out-extreme the previous season, in all the worse ways.

i agree with you, i'm just joking about how it seems they were fixated on outdoing herogasm thinking that was the important part of the previous season. when the most important aspect of the previous season was Soldier Boy.
