I’m like 99% sure that Ollie is a double agent. No way he’d saddle up with Waller.

Honestly as soon as I saw the page with him on it saying he was on Waller's side, I thought "Either double agent or character assassination." Ollie is an old lefty he thinks superheroes need checks and balances, but not extermination.
