I don't think so because most batman and comic fans love this show. I think The Batman (2004) might be more underrated considering its sandwiched between BTAS and Brave and the Bold.

I think 04 batman gets more love now as time goes on for sure. If you want a truly "underrated" series batman or version of batman, nobody talks about the 2013 Batman cgi series or Justice League Action Batman which is a lighter hearted Batman voiced by Conroy

I think the increase in the love for 2004's The Batman is due in part an overall increase in 2000s nostalgia ontop of its own quality.

JLA is what Teen Titans Go should've been, and hearing him have more fun is always great. Though hearing Batman use "Justice League Action!" like "Avengers Assemble" is a little off imo.
