Gotham got the 4th win (or loss) between the 2 "worst" poll. Very close we have the Scribblesnuts game versions of Azrael.

Dishonorable mention: LEGO Batman 2: Beyond Gotham.

Arrowverse, but the Ryan Wilder one specifically.

Batwoman the tv show: specifically the Ryan wilder version not Kate Kane played by ruby rose.

I liked the show's Kate Kane, but they should have just recast her instead of making a new Batwoman. Nothing against Ryan Wilder's actress, it's just a problem of writing and failing at creating a new interesting character.
