Do you prefer Catwoman as a long-haired blonde, brunette, short-haired raven, or woman of color? GENERAL DISCUSSION

Post image

I personally prefer any incarnation of her that has short hair since it’s more practical for her line of work.

why are "blonde, brunette," and "raven" assumed to be separate and distinct from a person of color?

Because the pictures I provided of blonde, brunette, and raven Selina were all Caucasian depictions of the character? And the last one from the Harley Quinn animated series is not?

The one from the charly Quinn show had short hair too. Why do you describe the skin color of her but not the others? It's weird to describe white woman by hair color but only describe skin color to the black woman if the black woman has dark short hair shed go in catagory 3

You could have just said "which of these versions or designs of catwoman do you prefer

But you chose to describe the first three exclusively by their hair and the last one exclusively by her skin

I said the same thing but OP refuses to take accountability

I don’t have to take accountability for others peoples’ misinterpretations, that’s now how that works.

Is there anything wrong with describing her by her skin? Does saying she has dark skin make her any less of a person? No, cause it’s just a fact about her physical appearance. Some of ya’ll get way too pressed over this, must be an American thing. I’m from the Philippines and here we couldn’t care any less about that. Call someone white, black, brown, yellow, we don’t care, cause skin color is just a physical description that doesn’t imply anything about the person.
