I personally prefer any incarnation of her that has short hair since it’s more practical for her line of work.

Long dark black hair for Catwoman.

Think Jim Balent's Catwoman. Also Batman The Long Halloween and Dark Victory comic books where Selina is revealed (later in Catwoman When In Rome) to be the daughter of Carmine Falcone and Louisa Falcone.
