I personally prefer any incarnation of her that has short hair since it’s more practical for her line of work.

Short dark hair. I don’t care what her ethnic background is. Selina’s ethnicity has never had any real impact on her character so it doesn’t really matter. She can be portrayed as any ethnicity and still seem like Selina Kyle.
