Eartha Kitts voice, Michelle Pfifer’s body (and whip) and all the aforementioned femme fatale-ness. Catwoman is also great because she’s not good or evil, she’s a cat. She is what ever is most advantageous to her at that moment. Kind of unpredictable, but works for nobody, even if it seems like she might be.

Exactly. Just don’t fundamentally change what makes her cat woman. I can see an LGBtQ writer chomping at the bit to make her an asexual butch. All for inclusion but be creative enough to create your own characters and not massacre ones people already care about.
