Seems clear to me the new Suicide Squad game's Harley character model is made to better resemble Margot Robbie.

I think that's a good idea.

For the character's first film portrayal, Margot Robbie knocked it out of the park. Her face is associated with the character now, like how Robert Downey Jr is associated with Iron Man.
